I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in helping teens and adults break free from coping patterns that once served you but now hold you back. Whether you're wrestling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, work stress, relationship challenges, or questions about identity and meaning, I work with you to identify what's keeping you stuck—without judgment. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness approaches (ACT, Compassion Focused Thearapy) to help you address difficult thoughts and feelings with acceptance rather than avoidance. Together, we'll build skills that align your life with your values and goals. I offer telehealth sessions only and accept Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Cigna Healthcare, Healthchoice Oklahoma, and Lyra Health, as well as offering a broad sliding scale for out of pocket.
